The sizing of HeelzFirst is not based on shoe size, but ankle measurement and whether or not you experience swelling in your ankles. See the chart below.

| Small | 9”-10” | Less than 9” | For small and refined ankles that don't swell over the course of the day. |
| Medium | 10”-11” | 9”-10.5” | For average ankles that may experience some swelling as the day progresses. |
| Large | 11”-12” | 10.5”-11” at the ankle bone | For thicker ankles that experience heavy swelling throughout the day. |
| X-Large | Upto 13” | >11” | For thick ankles that experience heavy swelling. |
